Are Your Struggling ?

Learn About How I Can Help.

When You Are Motivated By What You Want Change Is Possible

How you think about the future plays a very big role in how you feel. Depression can result when you don’t expect enough positive things and Anxiety can occur when you expect too many negative things.

I spent 10 years at Emory Healthcare and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center developing a psychotherapy method known as Future-Directed Therapy that specifically identifies self-limiting beliefs people have about their futures and teaches strategies based on psychological science for how to overcome them. As a result of framing therapy through the lens of a better future my patients rapidly transformed from apathetic to highly motivated and the changes they’ve made have been awe-inspiring.

Re-gain Your Hope

Most people have difficulty creating true change in their lives because they have very little understanding of how they create future experiences and are trapped in default mode often recreating past experiences without even realizing it.

I specialize in utilizing well researched methods of cognitive therapy to helps people idenitfy the blindspots in their thinking and behavior so they can break out of the patterns that aren’t working and instead do something different and more effective.

When you have the tools and skills you need, moving forward doesn’t seem so difficult.
